The fitness industry is currently worth $87 billion. But, you don’t have to spend hundreds (or thousands!) of dollars in order to reach your goals. You don’t have to give all of your money to a gym or specific supplements or foods. Instead, try the law of attraction to reach your goals.

Align Your Thoughts With What You Want

Keep in mind that the law of attraction is a vibrational agreement between you and the universe. If you send out a specific kind of energy, that’s what you’ll get back. So, the body you have now is a result of the energy you’re sending out.

How can you change that? 

One of the best ways is to start using positive fitness affirmations every day. Take a look in the mirror, and decide on the type of body you want. Maybe that means losing weight, gaining muscle, or just toning up. When your energy matches your desires, you’ll have an easier time achieving your goals. 

Listen to Your Body

It might always feel like it, but your body really does know what’s best. Far too often, people who want specific results don’t listen to their bodies. That can cause them to become injured from workouts, or “fall off the wagon” when they eat the wrong things.

Be in tune with your body as much as possible. If you’re overly-fatigued one day, try a relaxing yoga workout instead of going to the gym. Appreciate each bite of food as you slowly savor it, and stop when your body tells you it’s had enough. Don’t put so much pressure on yourself. Let your body tell you what it wants to do, and you can work as one unit. 

Act As Though You’ve Already Reached Your Goals

One way to use the law of attraction to your advantage is to put yourself in your future shoes. Ask yourself how you would act if you had already reached your fitness goals. What would it look like? What changes would you have made?

By putting yourself in that position, it makes it feel more attainable and reachable. That can give you the motivation you need to keep moving, and you’ll be putting the right energy out there in order to get the job done. 

The law of attraction can take some getting used to if you’ve never tried it before. But, if you’re struggling to stay on track with your fitness goals and you’re looking for something new, putting out the right kind of energy is never a bad idea.

  1. Very well explained, Simply put, the Law of Attraction says that you will attract into your life whatever you focus on. Whatever you give your energy and attention to will come back to you. So, if you stay focused on the good and positive things in your life, you will automatically attract more good and positive things into your life.

  2. It’s an interesting concept to visualize you have already reached your goals. I’m not sure I can master it but I’ll try.
