As mothers, we often buy into limiting beliefs that “me time” is tough to come by, or that we need to sacrifice in order to be good mothers. It’s just not true. The most important step you can take to having time for yourself is believing that you can. Next time you’re lying in bed, wondering how you’ll squeeze yourself into the upcoming day, make a choice. Choose to make yourself a priority. Choose to reenergize. Don’t get lost in all you have to do. Find the woman you are and take care of her. Everything else you do will be better because you did.
Most of us would say that we are at least a little bit concerned about our health. After all, we all want to be able to live the best and happiest life possible right? Well, one of the strangest things is that, no matter how much many of us would like to be able to live a healthy life, a lot of us simply aren't willing to put in the hard work that's required in order to achieve that.
