  1. Bedtime routine is one of my struggles, lol. I used to play games and never noticed until it was late. But I’m trying to avoid using phone before going to sleep so I can sleep well.

  2. I definitely need to get a consistent bedtime routine in place and I think one of the biggest things for me is to not bring technology into the bedroom with me! Great article!
