Shane Lee Yaw aka Shane Dawson is a popular YouTuber that my 16-year-old follows. As a parent, when I see her glued to her iPad, I would always ask her what she was doing. For nearly 4 years she has been replying, "Watching Shane Dawson on YouTube." From time to time, I would look over her shoulder and watch the video for a few moments, then walk away. It was harmless high school stuff.
