Great info on helping people relax and focus on leading a healthier lifestyle. I lost nearly 75lbs about 10 years ago and have kept it off. When people ask me, I tell them it isnt really rocket science. But it does take a little planning and focus especially on like you said Eating Better. I will say that working from home, sitting all the time has been a challenge. So I make sure to take breaks. I recommend people use the Pomodoro method where you work for 50 minutes straight and then for 10 minutes break. Get up, walk around, stretch, get more water, so whatever but Stand up and take a break
I think the biggest thing would be the way we eat. It’s so easy to get boxed or fast food rather than actually cook.
