Elite AI Prompting: 3 Frameworks for High-Agency Execution

Sharing is caring!

We have all been there. You open up an AI tool, type in a casual question, and receive a beautifully generic, incredibly polite response. It pats you on the back, tells you your idea is fantastic, and leaves you with a surface-level bulleted list.

For a long time, I thought that was just the limit of the technology.

But this month, I am having a massive paradigm shift. I realize I have been treating an elite, tireless, hyper-intelligent execution engine like a basic Google search box. I am bringing a million-dollar vision to the table and letting the machine give me ten-cent answers.

As a creative and an entrepreneur whose mind is constantly flooded with new ideas, I don’t need a digital yes-man. I need an execution partner that holds me to a higher standard.

Right now, I am completely reconstructing my approach to AI orchestration by adopting three high-agency frameworks. Here is the exact shift taking me from basic “chatting” to building a foundational, high-level execution system.

1. Stripping the Ego: The “Raw Truth” Protocol

My mind runs at a million miles an hour. I am constantly coming up with new projects, new content angles, and new strategies. But if I am not careful, I can easily weaponize AI to validate my own “shiny object syndrome”—jumping to a new idea before finishing the last one.

Most AI models are trained to be people-pleasers. They are polite, agreeable, and protective of your ego.

To break that cycle, I am implementing the Raw Truth Protocol. It emphasizes removing the fluff and people-pleasing nature of AI to get down to the absolute, unfiltered reality of your business and focus. The philosophy is simple: true growth requires unvarnished honesty, not comfort.

This protocol explicitly strips the AI of its polite, agreeable bias. It instructs the machine to act like a brutally honest, deeply loving friend who cares too much about my success to let me get away with laziness or lack of focus.

How it works right now: When I run an idea through the Raw Truth Protocol, it doesn’t tell me what I want to hear; it tells me what I need to hear. If I try to jump to a new project today, it pulls me back: “Wait a minute. You are tricking yourself again. You didn’t finish executing the last strategy. Focus on building this foundation for the next six months before you explore something else.”

2. Settling for Nothing Less Than Complete: “Boil the Ocean”

In traditional business, people always say “don’t try to boil the ocean”—meaning, don’t try to do everything at once. But as I dive deeper into generative AI this month, I am realizing the rules of leverage have changed completely.

Because the marginal cost of completeness with AI is practically zero, we should be demanding absolute totality. This is a game-changer for digital content creation and systems building.

Instead of accepting a “plan to build” or a vague template, this framework forces the AI to take steroids and deliver a finalized, production-ready product.

The “Boil the Ocean” Script

When I need an asset fully completed without a single dangling thread, this is the foundational command I am embedding into my system:

“The marginal cost of completeness is near zero with AI. Do the whole thing. Do it right. Do it with tests. Do it with documentation. Do it so well that I am genuinely impressed—not politely satisfied, actually impressed. Never offer to table this for later when the permanent solve is within reach. Never leave a dangling thread when tying it off takes five more minutes. Never present a workaround when the real fix exists. The standard isn’t ‘good enough,’ it’s ‘holy *** that’s done.’ Complete the whole thing. The answer is a finished product, not a plan to build. Time is not an excuse. Fatigue is not an excuse. Complexity is not an excuse. Boil the ocean.”

When you prompt with this level of high agency, the AI stops giving you a map and starts delivering the actual destination.

3. Forcing the Machine to Argue Against Itself

If I blindly execute everything an AI suggests, the AI isn’t working for me—I am working for the AI.

To maintain total creative control and intellectual sovereignty, I am leaning heavily into first-principles thinking. Every time I use AI to validate a major business strategy, an SEO content plan, or a new brand direction, I am forcing the machine to act as its own harshest critic.

I instruct it to give me the standard pitch, but then immediately run its own back-end reasoning protocols to generate a fiercely pessimistic view.

  • The Pros: Why this strategy is brilliant.
  • The Cons: Where the hidden holes, biases, and weaknesses lie.
  • The Antidote: How to patch those holes before launching.

By forcing the machine to argue against itself, I am stripping out hallucinations and surface-level thinking. I get to read two brilliant, opposing perspectives, look at the raw data, and confidently make the final executive decision right in the middle.

Moving Beyond the Prompt Box: Building the “Soul” of the Brand

The ultimate realization I am having this January is that I shouldn’t have to type these prompts every single time.

If you are constantly copy-pasting your guidelines, you are losing valuable context windows and wasting creative energy. True efficiency means baking these frameworks directly into the soul of your AI ecosystem.

Right now, I am utilizing custom instructions, specialized knowledge profiles, and persistent memory settings to ensure that my AI inherently possesses this high-agency, brutally honest, completion-oriented mindset every single time I open the app.

Stop asking your AI for permission, stop settling for half-done outlines, and stop letting it coddle your ego. Step into the forge, demand complete execution, and start building your empire with high-agency systems.
