You don’t even need many nuts day by day, as just a handful has all the impact you need for more of a healthy lifestyle. If you’re the kind of person who’s left a little bereft by your portion sizes when it comes to following a strict diet, adding some nuts can easily fill that hole in your stomach, as they contain fibers, proteins, fats, and carbs all in one.

Moderate Your Meat Intake

If you’re a big meat eater, it might be the time to either cut down or change the kinds of meats you like to eat. Not only do too many red meats help you pile on the pounds, but they also don’t have the same health benefits as something leaner, like chicken or turkey. So for your next steak night, why not try some poultry instead? 

If you pair your red meats with a good amount of vegetables, you’re going to be left feeling a lot fuller than ever before, and get a lot of iron and vitamins A, B, C and D. It’s a healthy combo, and helps to negate the bad effects.
