#1. Determine Your Readiness:
This means that you have to make sure that you are physically and mentally prepared to join the gym and continue it sincerely. Once you get approval for physical exercise by the doctor, then you have to prepare yourself mentally. You can succeed, if you follow the following things:

- The most important thing is that you need to participate in something that is an exciting form of exercise.
#2. Create a Plan:
You have to make a plan before you begin to exercise. The first is that the time that you will go to the gym. The best way is to identify any three days and times that you can exercise and start working out. The second is the type of exercise that you will do. The best type is, of course, the one that you enjoy. You do not have to compare yourself with others, just do what suits you. You can start walking, running, dancing, etc. The third is how much time will you devote for the exercise. You can start with just 10 minutes per session and then slowly build up to at least 30 minutes.
#3. Build a Partnership to Exercise:

You can find an exercise that will suit both of you. The partner will become a support system for you and you develop a social experience and inspiration. It may happen that you do not feel like going to the gym and your friend will motivate you to not to break the schedule.

The resolution that one takes up is a lifelong commitment and you will be successful if you take it up easily. This means that you may see others exercising for hours but you must know your own capacity. As a beginner, it is not advisable, to begin with, three days a week. It also becomes a problem if you are not realistic. The setting of goals has to be based on practicality. They have to be realistic and feasible.
The exercise regime is like a fitness challenge. You can gain a lot from both exercise and nutrition program. This will give you a long-term and life-changing result. The only side effect of doing regular exercise is an increase in energy levels and enhanced mood. This happens due to the release of natural, happy endorphins. There is no risk and no hurdle but just a way to create a healthy habit that is well worth the investment.
