Hi everyone, it’s Lavanda Michelle again! I have some exciting news to share about my first week on this health journey. Your support has been overwhelming, and it’s been a huge motivator for me. Let’s dive into the progress and highlights of my first week.
Weekly Progress
Through dedicated walking and making healthier choices, I’m thrilled to report that I’ve lost 5 pounds in my first week! 🚶♀️💪 This is an amazing start to my weight loss journey, and I feel more motivated than ever. The encouragement from my community, both online and in real life, has been incredible. I couldn’t have done it without you all cheering me on.

Step Count for the Week
Here’s a breakdown of my steps each day:
- June 1st: 7,664 steps
- June 2nd: 10,127 steps
- June 3rd: 14,552 steps
- June 4th: 17,177 steps
- June 5th: 16,826 steps
- June 6th: 18,432 steps
- June 7th: 7,915 steps
Total Steps for the Week:
82,693 steps
Average Daily Steps:
11,813 steps
I’m so proud of this achievement. Walking has been a manageable and enjoyable way to kickstart my fitness routine. It’s amazing how much progress you can make with consistent effort.
