1. Plan Ahead for a Stress-Free Celebration

The key to a successful Thanksgiving is preparation. Follow these steps to get ahead:

  • Create a Menu: Write down all the dishes you want to serve, from appetizers to desserts. Don’t forget dietary preferences and allergies.
  • Make a Shopping List: Check your pantry for staples and create a shopping list for fresh ingredients. Shop early to avoid last-minute stress.
  • Prep in Advance: Prepare pie crusts, chop vegetables, and marinate meats a day or two in advance to save time on the big day.
  • Delegate Tasks: Ask guests to bring a dish or help set the table. Sharing responsibilities makes hosting manageable.
