Starting the 75 Hard Challenge is about mental toughness—but setting up your home environment can make a huge difference. When your space supports your goals, staying on track becomes so much easier. Here’s how I set up my home to help me stay committed from Day 1.

1. Organize Your Kitchen for Clean Eating
- Clean out your pantry and fridge
- Stock up on fresh produce, lean proteins, and healthy snacks
- Prep simple go-to meals and keep temptation foods out of sight
- Make your water bottle easily accessible (you’ll be drinking a gallon a day!)
💡 I kept my grocery list simple, and planned weekly meal preps to stay consistent—even on my busiest days.

2. Create a Workout Space You’ll Actually Use
- Clear space for at-home workouts or yoga
- Keep your gear visible—resistance bands, yoga mats, weights, etc.
- Set a backup plan for rainy days if one of your daily workouts is outside
💡 I used my under-desk treadmill during the day and did outdoor walks in the evening with my family!

3. Build a Personal Development Corner
- Set up a cozy, distraction-free reading space
- Keep your 10 pages/day book nearby
- Keep a highlighter, sticky notes, or journal handy for notes and reflections
💡 I chose books that not only motivated me, but reminded me why I started this journey in the first place.

4. Stay Hydrated the Smart Way
- Designate a “hydration station” with your favorite water bottles or jugs
- Use a whiteboard or water-tracking app
- Add electrolytes or fruit for variety (especially helpful in summer months!)

5. Make Your Calendar and Routine Work for You
- Block time for 2 workouts daily
- Set a reminder to take your daily progress photo
- Schedule time for meal prep, reading, and self-care
💡 I made sure my routine worked with my lifestyle—not against it. Mornings were key for me.

6. Prepare Your Mindset
- Print out the 75 Hard rules and post them somewhere visible
- Create a motivational vision board or affirmation wall
- Let your family/roommates know your goals so they can support you
💡 I made a small vision board that reminded me: I can do hard things.
