My Advice for Your First Time

If you’re starting this in 2026, don’t try to be perfect. If you accidentally eat a cracker with a tiny bit of sugar in it, don’t throw the whole fast away! Just pray, reset, and keep going. God is looking at your heart, not just your grocery receipt.

The Daniel Fast is a beautiful way to say, “God, I want You more than I want my comfort.” And trust me, once you experience that kind of clarity, you’ll never look at a “normal” meal the same way again.
