Sharing is caring!

Hey there, amazing readers! It’s your girl, Lavanda Michelle, and I have some big news to share. You might have guessed it from the title—I’m quitting blogging! Don’t worry, it’s only for a little while. Let me tell you why.

The Big Reason

Lately, I’ve felt a bit overwhelmed by all the notifications and social media updates. It’s like my phone never stops buzzing! I realized that I need some time to unplug and recharge. This is my chance to spend more time with my family, try new healthy recipes, and enjoy the simple things in life.

In this fast-paced world of constant notifications and endless distractions, it’s easy to lose sight of what truly matters. I found myself getting caught up in the digital whirlwind, spending more time on my phone and computer than I’d like to admit. It’s time for a change.

What I’ll Be Doing

During my 10-day digital detox, I’m planning to:

  • Cook up new healthy recipes: I’m excited to get creative in the kitchen. From protein-packed breakfasts to delicious dinners, I’ll be experimenting with all kinds of new dishes.
  • Spend quality time with my loved ones: More fun outdoor activities and less screen time. Whether it’s a picnic in the park, a hike in the woods, or just a simple walk around the neighborhood, I’m looking forward to making memories with my family.
  • Focus on my wellness journey: Walking, yoga, and just enjoying nature. I’ll be taking long walks, practicing yoga, and soaking in the beauty of the world around me.

I’m also planning to dive into some books I’ve been wanting to read, try out new hobbies, and simply relax without the constant pressure of checking my phone. This break is all about recharging my mind, body, and soul.

What This Means for You

Even though I’ll be offline, I’m not disappearing! I’ll still share updates once I’m back. Think of this as a little break before I return with fresh, exciting content. Your support means the world to me, and I know we’ll keep cheering each other on.

I promise, when I come back, I’ll have so much to share. New recipes, wellness tips, and maybe even some funny stories from my detox journey. I want to inspire you all to take a step back every once in a while and enjoy the simple pleasures in life.

Warmest regards,

Lavanda Michelle

P.S. – Remember, taking a break is okay! Who knows, maybe I’ll discover a new favorite recipe or hobby. And hey, if you see me out walking around, say hi! You might catch me mid-yoga pose or trying out a new dance move.
