2. Move in Ways You Like
The gym isn’t for everyone—and that’s completely fine. I used to think being active meant intense workouts or regular gym sessions, but I’ve learned that movement can be simple and enjoyable. Did I have days when I ate too much pizza? Yep. Did I have weeks when I skipped workouts? Of course! The trick was forgiving myself fast and getting right back on track. One bad day doesn’t erase all the good ones.
