I didn’t realise hormones would play such a huge role as a women in her forties! It’s been challenging to manage but keeping active and managing what I eat (not dieting, just eating properly) are big role players.
It is good to keep up with healthy habits and stay youthful. I can totally see a difference in older people. Some struggle with daily activities and others are very active.
